Christina is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner who has been practicing in her field for more than 12 years. She earned an Associate Degree of Nursing at Southwest Tennessee Community College in Memphis, TN, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Texas at Arlington, and her Masters of Science in Nursing at Tennessee State University. She is a Board Certified member of the American Association of Practitioners and a member of the North Texas Nurse Practitioners Association. Prior to expanding her career into the exciting and pivotal field of Medical Aesthetics, she has previous experience in critical care, HIV care, pediatrics, primary care, long term acute care, home health, and fighting the Covid-19 pandemic as a travel Nurse Practitioner in New York City as well as other cities. She has a love and enthusiasm for medical aesthetics. In a social media world that has created unrealistic views of beauty and the idea of what “beautiful” is, her goal is to ensure individualized treatment plans to enhance your natural beauty and to ensure that we minimize your age and maximize your own individual beauty. Creating a bigger minority presence in medical aesthetics is very important for her. Promoting diversity means honoring the fact that there is no one standard for how everyone should look. People have unique features, skin textures, and body compositions, and all of that should be celebrated, not changed. Her vision for aesthetics is a world where our unique features are celebrated and complimented. Her goal and desire is to become a mentor in this field, especially for minorities. She is a strong advocate of community, supporting one another and genuinely wanting to see people succeed. Change does not happen overnight, but she wants to be part of the change. She continues to expand her knowledge base by continuously studying and attending aesthetics
training provided annually. She has had the privilege of working with world-renowned Dr. Thuy Doan, the less is a more facial sculptor, in Atlanta, GA, and received hands-on training from two well-known Board Certified Plastic Surgeons, along with several Allergan, Galderma, Revance, and Merz trainers. In her spare time, she enjoys fostering shelter dogs until they find their forever home, traveling, random road trips, concerts, food festivals, spending with friends, and her Yorkie dogaughter Sophie.
